I have bought 4 full sets. These are wall hung fully automatic toilets when used with two remotes. I opened one box for the toilet with seats and remotes. Overall it looks like a luxury product both from appearance, functions, and the quality of the product. The packing seemed nice and safe so I'd assume that that the remaining boxes also have the toilets arrived safe and sound. The shipping is door to door and without any hassle of custom / taxes etc as it was already a DDP. The freights are delivered to the entrance and we need to arrange their pick up to wherever we intend to place them. However, the carrier company wasn't the best communicator in the world and arrived without informing. Therefore, it caused a bit of issues in arranging the movers to bring these products to the intended site. But finally everything ended well. I find and trust Wayen and this company reliable and worth the money and effort. I am already in a process for making the 2nd order for a few other things.
